Mr. Eiji is a strategic advisor to family enterprises, specializing in owner governance and multigenerational ownership strategies. He works with families and ownership groups to design resilient governance and ownership structures that promote alignment, continuity, and long-term value creation across generations. He helps families align strategy with long-term vision and values, develop succession-related processes affecting next-generation leaders and owners, and provides financial advisory support related to valuation, restructuring, and strategic transactions aligned with long-term ownership goals.

Mr. Eiji has extensive experience in strategic alignment, corporate and family governance, and financial advisory. He has advised families across multiple sectors on strategic planning, business valuation and M&A, financial restructuring, and the design of governance frameworks for ownership groups. His work focuses on strengthening alignment among shareholders, boards, and executives while carefully balancing family dynamics with business performance. He combines analytical rigor with a deep understanding of the relational and governance challenges unique to family enterprises.

Mr. Eiji is currently pursuing an MBA at INSPER and holds a BA from FGV–EAESP. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and French.
