Jonathan Quigley

Head, Family Enterprise Community

Cambridge Family Enterprise Group

Jonathan Quigley is Head, Family Enterprise Community at Cambridge Family Enterprise Group (CFEG). A global organization created in 1989, CFEG is devoted to helping families and ownership groups navigate the new economy and achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and financial wealth. It is comprised of two divisions: Cambridge Advisors to Family Enterprise, a highly specialized, international advisory firm serving family enterprises, and Cambridge Institute for Family Enterprise, a leading education and research institute dedicated to the significant issues that family enterprises face.

Mr. Quigley helps families achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and wealth. He is recognized for his expertise in building “network capital,” enabling families to leverage trusted peers and partnerships for strategic opportunities and insights. His work equips family owners to make informed long-term decisions about enterprise growth, direct investing, diversification, and initiatives that connect legacy with future readiness.

Mr Quigley spent a decade at the World Economic Forum in Geneva and New York, where he launched and led the Family Business Community, developing it into a global platform for leading multigenerational family enterprises. That experience, convening and supporting the world’s most influential business families, anchors his work today with families seeking to align around governance priorities, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and identify new areas of value creation.

Mr. Quigley has more than 20 years of experience leading business development, marketing, and communications functions for family offices, international institutions, and private equity firms. Prior to joining CFEG, he was Managing Director and Chief Network Officer at Brightstar Capital Partners, a private equity firm partnering with families, founders, and entrepreneurs. Earlier, he was Head of Special Projects at the SP Hinduja Family Office in London, and previously served as Senior Manager at the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).

Mr. Quigley earned his MBA from Ashridge Hult Business School (UK), and a BA in Geography and Information Management from the University of Wales.
