Grace Ho is a Senior Advisor at Cambridge Advisors to Family Enterprise (CFEG), a highly specialized global advisory firm serving family enterprises. Cambridge Advisors and Cambridge Institute for Family Enterprise, an education and research institute, are divisions of Cambridge Family Enterprise Group (CFEG), a global organization founded in 1989. It is devoted to helping families and ownership groups navigate the new economy and achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and financial wealth.
With more than 20 years of experience across five continents and diverse industries as an executive coach and leadership facilitator, Ms. Ho helps individuals and teams in family enterprises grow their capacity to align, influence, and create meaningful value.
Ms. Ho is a Principal at Liminal Space Leadership, where she designs and leads client engagements on leadership and organizational development, working with executive-level teams to align priorities, turbocharge trust, and address latent conflicts. She also provides individual executive coaching for middle and senior management leaders in support of successful promotions and role transitions. Ms. Ho facilitates peer coaching circles for CEOs across Asia.
At McKinsey and Company, where she has served for nearly a decade, Ms. Ho facilitates transformational senior leadership programs. She also coaches McKinsey colleagues on owner mindset and stakeholder engagement. She led development and execution of people strategies across Asia, with expertise in areas including recruiting, learning and development, employee engagement, and talent retention and progression. Ms. Ho developed and delivered tailored learning programs to more than 1,000 colleagues annually, with topics including problem solving skills, difficult conversations, executive presence, and mastering complexity.
Ms. Ho holds an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Development from The Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Management from the University of New South Wales. She holds a Professional Coaching Certification from New Ventures West.
