Diana Dosik is a senior advisor at Cambridge Advisors to Family Enterprise, a highly specialized, international advisory firm serving family enterprises. Cambridge Advisors and Cambridge Institute for Family Enterprise, an education and research institute, are divisions of Cambridge Family Enterprise Group, a global organization founded in 1989. It is devoted to helping families and ownership groups navigate the new economy and achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and financial wealth.

Ms. Dosik is a professionally trained coach and advisor to multigenerational family enterprises. She advises on talent development, next generation preparation, succession planning, organizational development, and teams.

In the talent development area, Ms. Dosik provides executive coaching to rising leaders (both family and non-family) and designs career paths and development plans for next generation members, whether as employees, owners, or board members. Within organizations, she redesigns organizational structures, redesigns roles and responsibilities, and leads change management processes and culture shifts. Her work with teams re-wires leadership and ownership teams for greater effectiveness. Ms. Dosik often advises family enterprises in the context of a generational transition, with the goal of preparing the family enterprise and family for the transition, including building the talent, organizations, teams, and succession plans for continued success across generations.

Ms. Dosik also advises non-family companies through a firm she founded, Starling Partners, which combines tried and true socio-organizational analysis at the group level with context-aware executive coaching on the individual level.

Ms. Dosik was formerly a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group, where she advised clients on a range of topics including organizational design, organizational behavior, culture design, leadership success, and organizational effectiveness. At BCG, Ms. Dosik consulted to Fortune 500 companies across industries over 16 years, with expertise in healthcare and financial services. Her deep focus on organizational issues for C-suite leaders led to her talk on the TED stage and to several articles about organizational design and organizational health. Ms. Dosik also served as an internal coach, helping teams perform better and serve clients more effectively.

Ms. Dosik has authored several publications including Getting Smart about Change Management, The Social Economics of Work and Productivity, Women Are the X-Factor in New Ways of Working, and Business as Unusual: How to lead differently in the workplace of the future. She also received an honors award for her TED Talk: Why we need to treat our employees as thoughtfully as our customers.

Ms. Dosik earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University. She did her executive coaching training at Newfield Network. She is a member of the ICF and is certified in several assessment instruments including Hogan, MBTI, Enneagram, and DISC.
