Antoine Antaki is a senior advisor at Cambridge Advisors to Family Enterprise, a highly specialized, global advisory firm serving family enterprises. Cambridge Advisors and Cambridge Institute for Family Enterprise, an education and research institute, are divisions of Cambridge Family Enterprise Group, a global organization founded in 1989. It is devoted to helping families and ownership groups navigate the new economy and achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and financial wealth.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Antaki has held several executive leadership roles, including General Manager of a group of subsidiaries and Regional Sales Director, across various industries and countries. His extensive experience with multinational companies such as Shearman & Sterling, Disney, Bowne, and Merrill Corp spans strategy, marketing, general management, and successfully managing transitions and organizational change.
In 2016, Mr. Antaki transitioned from the corporate world to establish his own coaching and strategy consultancy. Through this venture, he channels his passion as an innovative and disruptive leader, communicator and motivator.
Over the past 9 years, Mr. Antaki has worked closely with prominent business families, particularly in the Gulf region. He has assisted these families in structuring their Family Offices, preparing and coaching the next generation for professional success, and supporting ownership and leadership transitions. His expertise in management and his ability to build and lead high-performance teams have contributed to the strategic and operational success of enterprises under his guidance.
In addition, Mr. Antaki served for a decade as Vice President and Treasurer of a family foundation headquartered in Geneva, with a branch in Paris.
With a multicultural background that includes Arabic heritage, French citizenship, an American education, and global professional experience, Mr. Antaki brings a unique and valuable perspective to families. He is particularly adept at helping the younger generation navigate today’s increasingly complex environment.
Mr. Antaki is a native French speaker, fluent in English, conversant in Arabic, and has a basic knowledge of German and Spanish.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Trade from New York University and a BA in Political Science from Columbia University.
