Rodrigo Patah is an advisor at Cambridge Advisors to Family Enterprise, a highly specialized global advisory firm serving family enterprises. Cambridge Advisors and Cambridge Institute for Family Enterprise, an education and research institute, are divisions of Cambridge Family Enterprise Group, a global organization founded in 1989. It is devoted to helping families and ownership groups navigate the new economy and achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and financial wealth.
Mr. Patah advises family-owned enterprises on the strategies for the successful continuity of their enterprises, with a special focus on Latin America. He has advised family-owned enterprises in the design and implementation of family strategies, governance structures, and shareholders’ agreements and policies in different segments such as retail, agribusiness, technology, and real estate.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Patah worked for MindMiners, a tech company specialized in digital market research and elected by Linkedin as one of the 100 startups to watch in 2018 and 2021. He has also undertaken online internships at companies in Germany and India.
Mr. Patah earned his MS in International Management and his BS in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil, with a semester at the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien in Vienna, Austria. He is currently assistant professor at Link School of Business in São Paulo. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and has an advanced level of fluency in German.
