Mr. Marius Holzer is a senior advisor and associate partner at Cambridge Advisors to Family Enterprise, a highly specialized global advisory firm serving family enterprises. Cambridge Advisors and Cambridge Institute for Family Enterprise, an education and research institute, are divisions of Cambridge Family Enterprise Group, a global organization founded in 1989. It is devoted to helping families and ownership groups navigate the new economy and achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and financial wealth.
Throughout his career, Mr. Holzer has focused on family office investment governance, strategy, and risk management. He works with families to design and implement a suitable operating model, effective investment function, and consolidated performance reporting, as well as addressing other critical aspects of running an effective family office. Mr. Holzer is an experienced leadership coach and educator on the topics of investment governance, preparing for liquidity events, and preparing the next generation of owners.
Mr. Holzer is also a partner with Parkview Group, a privately owned, global wealth management firm. Prior to launching Parkview, Mr. Holzer headed the international business division of a leading global private bank, catering wealth management services to families in Europe and Asia.
Mr. Holzer is a trained economist and certified expert in information technology with an MBA from INSEAD. He is a CFA and CAIA charter holder and earned a certificate in Advanced Risk and Investment Management from the Yale School of Management/EDHEC, and a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM). Mr. Holzer is fluent in English and German and speaks some French and Spanish.
