Mr. Mahmood Malihi is a senior advisor and associate partner at Cambridge Advisors to Family Enterprise, a highly specialized global advisory firm serving family enterprises. Cambridge Advisors and Cambridge Institute for Family Enterprise, an education and research institute, are divisions of Cambridge Family Enterprise Group, a global organization founded in 1989. It is devoted to helping families and ownership groups navigate the new economy and achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and financial wealth.

In addition to his collaboration with CFEG, Mr. Mahmood Malihi is co-president and partner at Leggat McCall Properties (LMP), a leading provider of real estate development, project management, and advisory services in the Boston real estate market. LMP provides leadership and guidance to owners and stakeholders throughout development projects. LMP assists clients in developing long-term plans to achieve their real estate goals and further their mission on the advisory services side, and to selectively invest capital in joint ventures with clients and equity partners on the principal investment side. As a senior principal in the firm, Mr. Malihi is a member of LMP’s Investment Committee and Executive Committee.

Mr. Malihi is currently acting as a real estate advisor to several institutional owners, including Harvard University, Northeastern University, Tufts University, and The First Church of Christ, Scientist on a wide range of strategic and transactional real estate matters.

Mr. Malihi has served on various boards and associations in his 40-year career with Leggat McCall Properties. Mr. Malihi is currently a member of the Board of Overseers at WGBH, a member of the Board of Overseers at Boston Youth Symphony, and is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Riverside Community Center.

Mr. Malihi holds an MS in Construction Management from Stanford University and a BS, summa cum laude, in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
