George Crosby is an advisor and associate partner at Cambridge Advisors to Family Enterprise, a highly specialized, international advisory firm serving family enterprises. Cambridge Advisors and Cambridge Institute for Family Enterprise, an education and research institute, are divisions of Cambridge Family Enterprise Group, a global organization founded in 1989. It is devoted to helping families and ownership groups navigate the new economy and achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and financial wealth.

Mr. Crosby has more than 38 years’ experience as a senior executive and advisor in banking and international wealth management and advisory, having held leadership positions in large international private banks in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. In these roles, he was a trusted strategic advisor for UHNW clients and families throughout Latin America and focused on issues of family governance, succession and estate planning, and advised families on wealth and portfolio diversification strategies. Mr. Crosby also worked with next generation family members to help them prepare for future leadership positions. He was a member of multiple Boards of Directors and Executive Committees where he provided valuable contributions on topics of governance and financial strategy. Mr. Crosby was also a frequent speaker at Wealth Management and Estate Planning conferences. Mr. Crosby has unique experience in developing long term multi-generational trusting relationships with families, as well as in designing and implementing strategies and communication to align vision and successfully build teams and businesses across Latin America.

Mr. Crosby is the former leader of Latin America Wealth Management at HSBC, DB and ABN Amro and President of HSBC Private Bank International in Miami. He was also President of the Florida International Banker Association.

Mr. Crosby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, History and Latin American Studies from the University of New Hampshire. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
