Celia Picon is a senior advisor and associate partner at Cambridge Family Enterprise Group-Brasil, a highly specialized, international advisory, education and research organization serving family enterprises. Founded in 1989, it is devoted to helping families achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and financial wealth.

 Ms. Picon specializes in the organization and management of family councils and family business governance. She is experienced in managing human resources departments, with deep knowledge of organizational and people development.

Since 2012, Ms. Picon has advised the owners and senior executives of family-owned businesses at São Paulo-based Bridge Business Advisors. In 2017, the firm merged with Cambridge Family Enterprise Group–Brazil to serve Brazilian multigenerational families and family-owned businesses on business strategies, family office strategies, ownership strategies, and family strategies.

Ms. Picon was the Executive Director of the Family Council of Votorantim for 18 years, where she established the Family Governance of one of the largest family-owned companies in Brazil.  Previously, she acquired deep knowledge of organizational and people development by leading Human Resources departments.

She has participated in several Boards of Directors including Fibria Sustainability Council, Aberj and Museu da Pessoa. She is an active member of the Family Business Commission of IBGC, the Brazilian Institute for Corporate Governance.

Ms. Picon earned her MBA from the University of São Paulo. She received certification in family business management from KPMG and is specialized in strategic people management from the Dom Cabral Foundation/CTE and INSEAD.
