Myria Antony is an advisor at Cambridge Advisors to Family Enterprise, a highly specialized global advisory firm serving family enterprises. Cambridge Advisors and Cambridge Institute for Family Enterprise, an education and research institute, are divisions of Cambridge Family Enterprise Group, a global organization founded in 1989. It is devoted to helping families and ownership groups navigate the new economy and achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and financial wealth.
Ms Antony has advised family-owned enterprises around the world on strategies for growing and passing their enterprises to the next generation and successful continuity of their enterprises. She has assisted multigenerational families, family offices, ultra-high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs in achieving family, ownership and business goals. This includes advising on family and business governance; family dynamics; succession planning; wealth strategies; next generation leadership and development; family office strategy; entrepreneurship and impact; career coaching and philanthropy.
Ms Antony has previously Chaired the YPO next-generation (YNG) network in London for several years. She was initially the Education and Social Chair after which she led the London Citygroup. Ms Antony regularly speaks on family business topics, philanthropy and social impact at YPO, conferences, academic institutions and on podcasts. She is a regular alumni speaker at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Goodenough College. She is a contributor to thought leadership articles in various business management publications.
In 2017, the Family Firm Institute, the preeminent association for family enterprise professionals, awarded Ms Antony a certificate in Family Business Advising (CFBA). Additionally, she is an accredited facilitator of Team Management Systems, one of the leading psychometric tools for leadership.
Prior to joining Cambridge Advisors, Ms Antony was a senior development manager for a global philanthropic foundation where she built and managed strategic partnerships with institutional investors (corporates, family/private enterprises, family offices, private foundations, wealth advisors) and individuals (UHNW, philanthropists) while enhancing the foundation's visibility, access, and influence externally. She was also responsible for stewardship of existing board members and key investors with an ultimate goal to increase engagement, fundraising and network opportunities.
Ms Antony has previously worked at Deloitte with some of the largest privately owned businesses globally. She was the strategy and operations lead (north-south Europe) for Deloitte Private. Earlier in her career, she worked at Aviva, Citi and a boutique strategy consulting analytics firm.
Ms Antony earned her M.S in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and her B.S in Economics & Finance from the University of Bristol. She completed an M.B.A exchange at S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University. She is fluent in English and conversant in Hindi.
