Mr. Paolinelli is a Senio Advisor at Cambridge Family Enterprise Group-Brazil, a highly specialized, international advisory, education and research organization serving family enterprises. Founded in 1989, it is devoted to helping families achieve multigenerational success for their families, enterprises, and financial wealth.

Mr. Paolinelli has been a consultant in business management since 2005, working as a project leader in companies of different sizes, family enterprises or not, in the retail, finance, food industry and sugar-energy sectors in Brazil.

In many projects in which he participated, he applied tools and management methodologies with focus on improving EBITDA, revenue and gross profit, performance, cost reduction, and business process redesign.

He’s been at Cambridge Family Enterprise Group Brazil since 2017, Mr. Paolinelli has helped family-owned businesses in their ownership strategies, one of the 3 circles of the methodology used by CFEG, conducting management projects focused on improving financial and operational results from the implementation and improvement of the Company's Management System, mainly in the integration between the strategies of the shareholders/ CEO and the managerial actions.

Prior to CFEG, Mr. Paolinelli was a leader and senior management consultant at FALCONI for about ten years, in which he was responsible for conducting management consulting projects in several Brazilian companies such as Banco Santander, B3 (Stock Market), Banco Bonsucesso, Drogaria Araujo, GTFoods, among others. Besides that, he was an instructor of methodologies and management solutions in FALCONI University (Corporate University), having trained more than 200 new and young consultants between 2012 and 2016.

Mr. Paolinelli holds a post-graduate degree in Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral and a B.A in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. He speaks English, Spanish & Portuguese.
